Coaching is a blend of it's mostly for profit, but about 25, 30 % of my clients not for profit. I'm working with them to fulfil some kind of goals that they have. So i'll ask them to share their goals with me and then if we can find a match between their own goals and where the company is going. What are some parrable questions that you have asked in the past that have made a big difference in people's lives? Well, one of the main ones is, what you your choices are. But there are lots after that.
