How to Fuel Your Running

Normally, I run in the morning before work. If it's a rest day, for example, a Monday or another day during the week, like a Thursday or a Friday, then I know I don't need energy for that first run. But if I am running like a normal day where there is this four or five K before work, then I have to get something. And if it's a weekend and we know we're going to have a long run between one hour to four hours, then that's a big meal. So yeah, exactly. The CGM, the continuous glucose monitor, helped me to figure out. It's very different for people.
