The president has been showing his deep outrage as an American and executing his bold plan. He's got some of his people claiming for him, like surrogates, that he is very angry. But did that quote sound like anything you have seen by Joe Biden? It just doesn't seem that irritated by it. And I still think in his bones, he senses that this is an opportunity, but it's an opportunity he's got to put back in a bottle until probably about the late September or early October.
