Is There an Easing of Export Controls?

I haven't tracked this since the headlines first came out when earlier in last year, but has there been an easing of some of these different countries that were restricting exports as concerns were there? We're not at all-time highs in corn or wheat or any of these commodities. You might go to the grocery store and they might say, like, wait, limit of one carton per family or something like that,. But, you know, I don't say anything beyond that at the moment.
