The Evidence of Love Is Action, Not Words

The evidence of love is action, not words. Jesus says if somebody offends you, you need to go to them gently and explain to them what they have done. Most people don't do that because uncomfortable. It's a whole lot easier just to go the other direction and start afresh with a new group of people. Your feelings will always catch up to your actions. If you do loving actions to some one, you will eventually have more or more feelings of affection for them. Love just puts up with a whole lot over a long period of time. And as paul says in first corinthians 13, love bears all things.
