How Has Sebi Made Investments in Rats Safe and Transparent?
Sebi has mandated that 80 % of the value of the wreat needs to be in completed assets, income producing assets. Only a maximum of 20 % can bein under construction. There is no minimum ticket size of, let's say, five lags or 20 fire lags,. We have in some of the other instruments like fractiona ownership. And again, there is no lock up.
