Why Do Polar Bears Like Sea Ice?
Polar bears rely on the sea ice that forms in the Arctic every year. The warming Arctic is really just a habitat loss issue for polar bears. It's the best place to hunt their biggest source of food which is seals and there's a good reason why seals are out on the ice too. We're just taking away the place where the bears want to be.
