I don't think i specifically replaced negative findings with positive ones, but i can't prove that even to myself, let alone to you. So we are stuck somewhere between non significant trend in favour and maybe significant trend after throwing out some best practices. But once you eliminate all the questionable studies, there are too few studies left to have enough statistical power to reach significance.
