i think the idea of thinking of them as skills, that really speaks to me. And i will just omit for myself, a lot of the the moments where feel like i have made progress towards being a better person have also been somewhat painful. There are maybe a few times that i can think of where some one pointed something out to me and i very, like, calmly, rationally, was i oath. I will make withot a change. Period.
