When you are stuck in a mind set, when you are focused on blame and shame and self delation, it is a great way to shift out of that yause. A person can make up whatever phrase feels good to them. That's something that a person could sit there for, five minutes, one minute, half an hour, however long they have time for. And it shifts you. When you're there, you are 180 degrees from where you need to be to take action in a positive way to solve the problem in apositive way.
