Do You Need Protein Prior to Training?

Branch chain amino acids are going to be elevated in the blood with someone who's obese. Protein prior to training, you don't need because again, you stimulate the tissue through resistance exercise. Post-training your muscle is primed for nutrients and more likely to respond like a youthful tissue. There's no harm in creating a habit that allows us to get our protein dose.
