We tryn to give customers as many levers and kind of slices on the incident feet as possible, so that they can aline with their internal organizational structure. We look at wer helping customers look at that as a filtering mechanism for what they should be addressing or not. But yes, i think those are some of the big ways that we've seen people figure out how to get messages to the right place and the right team.
