The Disadvantages of Paying Overs
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey says the company has to pay "overs" for talent. He said that sometimes, if a venture is something society wants to invest in, then it needs to be paid more. But he insists there's no 'wokeism' about why Twitter had to make such drastic cuts. The site was losing up to $2 million a month at its lowest ebb last year.
