How to Use Data to Make a Decision

How do investors use this type of data to give themselves an advantage in their decision making? There's a, there's a bunch of ways to do it. One is to say like, if I'm making an offer, I know how much competition there is. So we can use that to understand where we need to come in as an investor. And so using that those four price range segments is really powerful.
