The opposition to abortion is so deeply rooted in wollstonecraft's Christianity. Before the second wave pretty much all feminists were pro-life, you say. Many of them were Quaker and they very much value chased love. There was a real push back against that um especially because of the duties of care that women owed for their children but also because they very muchvalue chased love.
