Do You Have Addiction?
You don't just wake up one day an addict. That's not what happens. There has to be a pattern of behaviour that has consistently enabled you to remove yourself from your own process. And i believe there are 15 manifestations of adiction, of which drugs and alcohol and food are three. People become used to feeling a certain way, so they default to it. Part of the work i would do in the early intervention stages is to be really curious about people, where people go. Try to get them to see what happens just before they go there, and sort of strengthen that muscle so that if they wish, and not everybody wishes to, so if they Wish, they can do different
