There's a difference between using these as foods and using them as supplements. These are not going to work in the absence of other appropriate lifestyle modifications. If you like apple cider vinegar, put some on your salad with a meal. It probably does have a very small effect. And the same with cinnamon. But I think it can be very distracting from things that we know are really important.
