The Power of Prayer

I think the way what the pastor does is extremely instructive in those ways. I recently published a couple of articles on prayers of lament and we even had posted sample prayers of lament on the website. In fact, we're modeled for us in the psalms and here we have somebody up front modeling and for us. And it just helps to remove our concerns long before whatever fixes the circumstantial things that are wrong. That kind of gives us just permission to- Lord, I don't know what to do with this, and I can't hold on to it. I just need you to take it.
