The innovators dilemma is very real very tangible I faced it head-on And I learned Kind of the hard way because I sort of took the flag and decided to carry it up the hill. It was a steeper longer hill than I thought it would be encountered resistance throughout but in the end they had built up a lot of trust Yeah, not just among Wall Street community But the board in particular my senior team.
