I felt for instance at Disney that too many decisions were being made centrally and there wasn't a sense of empowerment or ownership. Some people who knew more about their businesses than any central organization were being deprived of the ability to Apply their knowledge. The innovators dilemma is very real very tangible I faced it head-on And I learned Kind of the hard way because I sort of took the flag and decided to carry it up the hill. It was a steeper longer hill than I thought it would be encountered resistance throughout but in the end they had built up a lot of trust Yeah, not just among Wall Street community But the board in particular my senior team.
