Is the Community Getting Stronger?
Four years on, how do you understand that set of issues differently now to when you were four years ago? I personally think that the community has got stronger. And i don't think the agencies have got lots better. It really feels like we're back in a cycle where, yes, we're up there with more peopleke and trying to kind of sher nolege and can encourage training or stuff like that. But still, it's not the official waye like in probkan of agency training,. but morein unofficial, outside of rock ours canwet.
