There is this balance between enabling people to actually buy things ahead of time and have that credit available, but also not allowing them to get into situations where it's so impossible to get out. In a lot of places, there just simply aren't enough homes. The wealthy typically own things, and the not wealthy rent them. And who benefits from this? It's certainly not the people who are renting. So i guess the suggestion is finding ways to make housing more fordable,. Like government subsidies that actually help people.
