How Do Ideas Spread Into Society?

The Well Actually graph is a depiction of how ideas spread into society. All ideas have some discrete amount of value, and then you can put that against the number of people that know that idea. On this axis, there's value. But now let's say we're not just talking about genetic engineering or Monsanto; we're talking about any piece of information like a stock tip. As more and more people begin to hear and activate on a stock tip, the value of that idea goes down as it spreads out against more andmore people.
