The mindfulnesf really is about, through increasing mindfulness, to increase fulfilment in life in my clients. I've also had incredible two case studies from last year where one of my clients went from being under appreciated senior engineer to a start up sitio in three months that we worked together. And both these cases our dream come true for the clients. When they came to me, they were kind of shy and humbling, like, i don't know if i can do it, but maybe ten years down the road. But this is really something, something that, a, that lits me up on fire every single day.
