The Passion of Tom Schilling
In 1974, Tom's skilling was just starting out. After spending his high school years in the Chicago suburbs, he'd studied meteorology at the University of Wisconsin. While he was still in school, he got a job working as a TV weather forecaster in Madison. He says he was barely making ends meet but couldn't imagine living without changing seasons.
