The Uncertainty of the Indictment
CNN SSRS poll found Americans are pretty split on whether the decision to indict Trump strengthens U.S. democracy. 37% of Americans thought that Trump's payments to Daniels were illegal, 33% they were said they were unethical, but not illegal. Only 10% said they weren't wrong at all and 20% don't know. It'll be interesting to see if those numbers shift as the process continues and we actually learn what the charges are.
