The Importance of Having a Great Working Family

I think this is probably the most understated part of why social change is so good but also why we're so much happier. It's because we now have real, mature, incredibly effective, talented people in key roles. And these people are smarter than we are, better than we are. They fill all of our weaknesses and more. We learn that because we, you know, you're in control very good. I don't like 100 things over to people. But we had to learn to. You know, that's how what builds an amazing business.
