Amazon's Career Choice Program
Amazon has a training program that teaches people in demand careers and in demand fields where they can get high paying jobs. The key is you have to pre pay the tuition because it's really hard for people to, even if you were going to reimburse them. And so all their coworkers walk by every day and they see their coworkers inside learning how to be nurses or airplane mechanics and they start thinking, hey, maybe I should do that.
