Ukraine is a cleptocratic, corrupt place. It's kind of a country, it's not really sovereign it's propped up by us. A lot of suspicious stuff about hunter bidon, et cetera,. It's been a kind of vehicle for the corrupt ngo non profit, government money laundering scheme. That is a lot of activism, sort of us. Aid activism, across the world. Too hard to really get to the bottom of that.
