Patel: We have this observation is random out their observation that if you treat a child better that their IQ goes up. So we don't know how often that observations happen maybe it's completely unrelated to our assumed explanation. He says both theories seem like they could have some truth to them. Patel: The only place where I might use my neighbor as an example of why intelligence isn't on the same bell curve as humans is with animals.
