We turn away a lot of advertising because number one I don't want the newsletter to be just packed full of ads it's always annoying when I get a newsletter or I go to a website. People are afraid to voice a question sometime in a public forum for fear of looking stupid and so I get a lot of direct you know executives reaching out to me for coaching. We're seeing more and more of these newsletters launch things like slack communities or discord communities or Facebook groups but we can do both if they want, he says. He talks about how often people hit that reply button and then start a conversation with you directly.
