Are You Using Anti-Logical Arguments to Protect Competition Innovation?

A lot of contracts with people working in Silicon Valley like a Google for example, that basically as you said the corporation automatically gets ownership of someone's ideas if they're working there. The claim as well, you're using our resources, you're talking to other employees we hire and who knows what factor has contributed to this idea so it's ours probably? I think that's important to talk to quickly you know touch on to because they're not just the kind of things that are going to happen, but  there's a growing body of empirical literature about the actual practical effects of the states.
