The New Normal

In retrospect, it's clear that we just pulled several years of demand forward is what happened. A really good podcast I listened to last night was a 2018 episode of tech meme and they interviewed Eugene Way, who was one of the first business analysts at Amazon way back in the 90s. Even back then their systems were so dialed with analytics, like they, they understood customer behavior. Right? Tools are great for leverage. They're not to be used as crutches. And there's something wrong with people who rely too much on the tool.
