i think we're in, i've said this many times, were in the early days of like, a pretty big shift in our country. You look at towns that have been overrun by people moving in to buy real estate and they've squeezed out locals. And now they have labor shortages in those markets, cause iet's nowhere or the locals to live. So i just think we are in the early Days of this really interesting shift in ourcountry that isn't well understood yet.
