Especially if you're a bit too verbose in using the standard meaning you start putting contact details for individual security engineers. Now you're kind of opening the door for those individual security engineers to become part of a social engineering or spearfishing campaign. You want to keep this general. You know that someone somewhere, more likely Chris is going to read that email once it comes in. But you don't know that it's another security engineer at naxo.com. That's a very good point. Because
