How fast can a black hole spin?
Daniel and Kelly’s Extraordinary Universe

The Prediction of General Relativity
Spinning a black hole will shrink its event horizon. It's possible to get closer to one of these objects if it's spinning or has electric charge than otherwise. We don't know if this has ever happened or if it actually could ever happen. If you spin the black hole enough, the event horizon shrinks down to zero and there is no event horizon.
