Representation and Slotof Perception

And it's a familiar thought that the state that represents yellow in me on couldn't equally represent a blueness and so on. But at the same time, the naturalist theory of representation that i described surely argues that it's contingent that conscious sensory states represent what they do. So everyday intuition supports thissensualist representationalism, as opposed to my contingent representationalism.
