Is There an Environment of Excellence?

In cardegee it's, it's different. But in the majority of the other, uh, colleges, intellectual rigor doesn't exist,. The whole environment is just to kind of pass by. Don't challenge dogmas. We don't bring in new research. It's the same old book, same old curriculum for the last 20 years. So there is no environment of excellence that gets created. Now, some new universities, you know, which are more liberal, arts universities, are coming up. I'm hoping this is the big in ing of change.
