Bolt 12

Simple lightning dot com is a new project from kerbickers and vivi. It's going to be a news letter that tries to explain complicated aspects of lightning in a more user friendly, approachable way. A bolt is what a bip is at the biqin cor where the bikwing consensus layer sits a basis of lightning technology. Bolt 12 has been talked about on this podcast a lot recently. There's many other bolts as well. The target audience is mostly developers and contributors, but i think it can be helpful for all beoners.
