They're affable and articulate, but it's really uncomfortable for them. The first place we start is to get them to put down on paper what they think about a social situation,. We'll try to reframe those beliefs. And then that's the cognitive part of cogni behavior therapy. Then the behavior part is where we then have them start to gradually, comfortably practise and be fully present in those situations.
