LZ Granderson: A friend of mine was asking me how I like what it was like before I called in my partner that's now my girlfriend. He says when you make the list, you are attached to form. When you set the intention, you are instead making everything based on essence, rather than form. LZ: This reminds me of one more thing that I wanted to ask you about, which is this idea of the essence of who we are. What does that mean, essentially, that you're not the roles? We're not the identities that we put out there.
