Paul: I don't think there was an execution problem. There definitely wasn't a product quality problem people love our course all right we had super low refund rates. We didn't have a product problem we just had a demand problem and the demand problem was exacerbated by a cost problem. He says he could also be experiencing some corporate PTSD of what happened to his company. Paul: Being 80% creative 20% businessy is like a the right mix for me.
