You don't have to be directly involved in the quotation of a project. The relationship with my team is mine, and you got to give a big chunk of it away every quarter. When i was starting the journey, it almost gave me like a rocket ship rousinc man. People believe in me. But as time progressed, these silent partnerships, there's really no value other than the money at the beginning.
