The Fast Narrative of a TV Pilot

The movie has a lot of characters and a lot of different players. You have to get all these different plates spinning very early in the film. I'm always like, well, make your first story about, make your pilot about one character pretty much. And then we're in media res of the next new character and their fastest world. It does make all that expansion really smooth and like, yes it does.
