Barbie, Oppenheimer and Into the Spider-Verse were my favorite movies this year. There's no easy resolution to the problem that Barbie is a toy,. The toys don't really have the kind of agency that you would want to have if you were a functioning human being. I think a toy story has some philosophical issues with it, for example. It was just fun and super well-acted, and again, a little bit long, Barbie.
