A. A doesn't understand the points that theyre making, but we all understand them. Alexander hamilton wanted to have control of monmne not in elected officials' hands. You either stimulate or you don't stimulate; what obama did was, and he actually followed through on that. So this unbacked fiscal expansion is going to have a lot more kick than if the spending has attached to it higher future taxes. They can just interpret the words any way they want, depending on how it's convenient.
