Is the DPP Trying to Level the Playing Field?

I met Yin Ching Biao and he was friendly, but obviously he has some serious criminal record. He's not in the legislature any longer, but Fu Quenchi is. I do think fundamentally right now this smells more like a political ploy to try and benefit the DPP for its own interest. So it doesn't, I don't think this timing looks very good at all.
