What Are the Challenges for the United States in Deterring Attacks?
Deterrente posture, which you talk about alot book. And why don't you just review for us what the basic challenges have been for the united states and deterring actors from penetrating and doing various things in us. Public and private networks. Yes, you know, it's the widely known attribution problem, right? You don't know they can mas the attacks, run them through networks. They can launch them from computers inside the United States. So even if we overcome the attribution problem, there still seems to be challengers.
