Anxiety in Children
Anxiety is a good case study for this because there's so many acceptable or rather expected and therefore acceptable fears and anxieties that emerged throughout development. You see stranger danger emerging when kids are nearing their first year. We expect to see that once kids, as they bonded to their caregivers and become socially more developed, it would only make sense that they'd be able to tell the difference between other people.
