We think that god, on an individual basis, is deciding who gets healed and who doesn't get healed. That's not true. There are laws that govern the power of god. Faith without works is dead. She heard somebody give her a testimony about how jesus was healing people. So she put these laws into effect,. And when she did, the power ofgod flowedWithout him sitting there and sizing her up and approving or disapproving her. It's just like the laws of electricity that are in this building. If you viol those laws, if you grab one of these wires that has electricity flowing through it, you're going to get shocked. You can possibly get killed.
