"I feel like I'm more productive at night than I would be in the morning," she says. "You don't realize how much you can get done by just waking up like a couple hours." She puts her phone away 30 minutes before going to bed and writes instead of playing with it when she goes to bed. 'It's not about sleeping longer, but it's just like your quality of sleep that matters,' he adds.
